Weizmann Women in Science: The National Postdoctoral Award Program for Advancing Women in Science

Prof. Daniella Goldfarb, the Weizmann Institute’s women’s advisor to the president, talks about the need to help female scientists bridge the gap between getting a PhD and pursuing the postdoc that will enable them to have a high-level scientific career. The Institute’s National Postdoctoral Award Program for Advancing Women in Science is making this happen.
