Prof. Daniella Goldfarb, the Weizmann Institute’s women’s advisor to the president, talks about the need to help female scientists bridge the gap between getting a PhD and pursuing the postdoc that will enable them to have a high-level scientific career. The Institute’s National Postdoctoral Award Program for Advancing Women in Science is making this happen.
